If you have completed the MBIR™ Existing Practitioner Transition & Alignment Guide and are ready to begin your transition review, please complete the application below.
Your application allows the MBIR™ Certification Team to review your current training, qualifications and experience so we can recommend the most appropriate certification pathway.
Our Commitment
The purpose of the Transition Review is to recognise previous learning wherever appropriate while ensuring every MBIR™ Certified Practitioner meets the same professional standards.
Our aim is to provide a fair, supportive and transparent route into the current MBIR™ Certification Framework.
Transition Review Fee
A non-refundable Transition Review Fee of £25 is payable when you submit your application.
This fee covers the professional review of:
- your previous training and qualifications
- your professional experience
- any supporting evidence you provide
- an individual recommendation for your most appropriate MBIR™ Certification Pathway
The Transition Review Fee does not include certification, assessment or training fees.
What Happens Next?
- Complete and submit your Transition Review Application.
- Pay the non-refundable £25 Transition Review Fee through the secure checkout.
- Your application, previous training and supporting evidence will be reviewed.
- You will receive an individual written recommendation identifying the most appropriate MBIR™ Certification Pathway.
- Where applicable, you will be given details of any training, assessment or certification requirements and the associated fees.
Review Times
We aim to complete most Transition Reviews within 10 working days of receiving your completed application and payment.

To help us complete your review efficiently, please prepare any relevant supporting documentation.
- Previous EFT or related training certificates
- Professional qualifications
- Current professional memberships (if applicable)
- Continuing Professional Development (CPD) records
- Relevant client experience (where appropriate)
- Any additional information that supports your application
Confidentiality
All information submitted as part of your Transition Review Application will be treated confidentially and used solely for the purpose of assessing your transition pathway in accordance with MBIR™ governance procedures.
