I’ve managed to give up smoking with EFT

“My name is Jan and I came on one of Tania’s EFT courses four or five years ago. I was very lucky because of a wonderful man, who gave me a lift up when I was in an extremely bad place. The benefits of the course have been second to none.

I’ve found that I’ve found out who I really was. I have found that I can live with who I really was.

I got a much better job as a result of it because my soul was in a better place and it felt able to cope with the stresses of a much bigger job than the one I had at the time.

Moving on several years down the line, I kept working on myself using the Inner RePatterning, because I’ve got the video, the DVD from Tania, and the EFT. So I’ve been working on myself for four years, trying to put things back together again.

I’m much better place now with this fabulous job. And even I’m involved it a relationship, which I never ever thought that I would be. And I’ve managed to give up smoking as well. And I’ve been smoking for 50 years, so this makes me extremely happy. I feel like a complete person. I’m not in fear any more, and I’ve joined the human race without fear or prejudice.   That’s it.”
