What to Expect During Your Mentoring Day
The mentoring day is an interactive, supportive learning experience. Participants are encouraged to bring questions, clinical situations or aspects of EFT practice they would like to explore.

Discussions may include practical EFT techniques, working with challenging situations, professional development and other topics relevant to participants.

Tania draws on her extensive therapeutic and training experience to provide practical insights, alternative perspectives and guidance.

There is also an opportunity to learn from the questions and experiences of other practitioners. The atmosphere is intended to be welcoming, collaborative and supportive.

The mentoring session was enlightening, and showed me not only what people are going through in their lives, but how as EFT practitioners we can help them come through it. There was a lot of experience around the table, so we were able to help each other out. I also benefited from bringing a case forward and getting assistance in how I can work with my client differently. Tania gave us all ample time to talk through our case and invite input from other practitioners. At no time did the session feel rushed. She ensured each participant who had brought a case forward felt they’d received sufficient help with that case before moving on with the next. I attended this course in May 2022 (which was the second one I attended since taking level 1 and 2 in January). The day was very enjoyable and went very quickly. We were each able to dive a little deeper into how to enhance/ accelerate ways of carrying out EFT effectively with our clients.
We were encouraged to discuss a case we had worked on with a that we wanted guidance or feedback for.
Listening to others sharing in the group about their cases was equally as valuable as the feedback i got for my own.

Our day of mentoring on Zoom included several in-depth sessions of actual cases participants brought forward for discussion. During each case, Tania guided our explorations, contributed her wise counsel, and tapped into the group’s collective expertise, which was astonishingly broad and deep. While six hours of mentoring can prove daunting, the way Tania organized our day, with four 1.5 hour sessions broken by half-hour morning, one-hour lunch, and half-hour afternoon breaks, set us up for an optimum learning experience. I came away from the day with new knowledge as well as reminders of self-care and self-regulation responsibilities that make EFT client work safe for the practitioner as well. I highly recommend study and mentoring with Tania for those new to EFT and for those with many years experience. Inclusive, well informed, responsive, Tania epitomizes highly engaging, effective teaching strategies for all learners and all learning styles .

The mentoring day was a perfect balance of structure and space expertly hosted by Tania. Cases brought by participants were given full attention and explored in detail by Tania and the other participants. Everyone was invited to participate in asking questions, sharing cases and making suggestions in a respectful and professional way. Tania provided her own insight and expertise (and good humour!) and guided things back on track when needed. There was a good mix of people, experience and specialty on the call which made for a rich and inspiring day. Working as a therapist can sometimes be isolating so having these opportunities to connect with other professionals is really rejuvenating. I’ve done these days with Tania in person and online and I think both work equally well. I’d highly recommend joining these even if there’s nothing pressing that you want to bring up.
