Overview
Three-day intensive online Accredited EFT Practitioner training course that takes place on the Zoom platform. The course consists of 12x 90 minute sessions of live online training. The sessions include demos, lectures and practice sessions. Post training you will have access to a further two hours of online group mentoring.
Who Should Attend?
This course is suitable for those who wish to become EFT therapists. It can be added as a new technique to an existing practice or as a standalone therapy. The course is suitable for those who want to use EFT as a self-help technique or to work with family and friends.
Many existing therapists and health care professionals attend my training courses these have included, hypnotherapists, psycho-hypnotherapists, NLP Practitioners, Master Practitioners and Trainers, counsellors, psychologists, Cognitive Behavioural Therapists (CBT), EMDR therapists, coaches, business coaches, Mindfulness teachers, psychiatrists, reiki practitioners, yoga teachers, doctors, homeopaths, healers, social workers, addiction therapists, weight-loss coaches, nurses, carers, energy therapists, teachers, paramedics, nutritionists, acupuncturists, Bowen therapists, osteopaths, chiropractors, Crystal healers and many more within the helping professions.

Learning Outcomes for EFT Practitioner Training
- You will understand the history of EFT and its origins, both recent and far back in history.
You will know how to introduce EFT to people in a way that aligns with their beliefs. - You will understand the science beneath EFT.
- You will be aware of the “Discovery Statement” and its importance.
- You will know how to do a round of EFT.
- You will know about the importance of working using a feedback model.
- You will know how to set up feedback systems.
- You will understand the importance of having a rapport with your clients.
- You will understand how to create rapport with clients.
- Using the client’s words is vital in EFT, you will know why and how to use this information.
- If you are not getting results, you will know how to troubleshoot to find the reasons and then use this knowledge to modify your EFT.
- You will understand the aspects and why they are important.
- You will know how to break a problem down into aspects.
- You will know how to go from the top level of a problem down into details.
- EFT is renowned for fast results; sometimes, however, you need to be persistent. You will have an awareness of this.
- You will know about the apex effect.
- You will know how to deal with the apex effect.
- Generalisation is a common phenomenon. You will learn about generalisation and how it applies to EFT therapy.
- You will be aware of simple calming techniques such as continuous tapping.
- Cognitive shifts are a common occurrence during a therapy session. You will know how to spot them and what they mean.
- You will understand how to manage intense emotional reactions.
You will know about therapeutic environments and how to create them.
Know when to refer a client - You will have an awareness of appropriate therapist/ client boundaries.
- You will understand the importance of confidentiality and when you should break it.
- You will understand transference and projection as well as outcome attachment.
- You will be aware of how your doubts and limiting beliefs may impact your results.
- You will be aware of the need to continually work on yourself and your issues using the Personal Peace Procedure.
- You will understand how to use and apply the EFT “Basic Recipe”, shorter tapping sequences and additional tapping points.
- You will know how to work with a client with blocks.
- You will know the importance of the core issue and the questions to ask to find them.
- You will know how to work with memories.
- You will know about pre-framing and how to do it.
- Reframing is the art of using language to help clients gain new perspectives on their problems, perspectives that help them let go of it. You will know the basic reframes that are typically used for dealing with anger.
- You will be aware of affirmations and tail-enders and how we work with them using EFT.
- You will know how to work with limiting beliefs.
- You will also have an awareness of best practices when working with groups using EFT. How to manage the emotional state of the group. How to safely target their problems.
Certification at of this Training Course
At the end of this training course, you are given an EFT Level 1 and 2 attendance certificates.
Two Routes to Professional Status
This training course allows you the choice as to which route you want to take following the training. If you only want to gain knowledge of how to do EFT for your personal use, this training allows you to do that. You can learn EFT to a professional standard without having to do the post-training practitioner assessments etc.
If you would like to gain professional recognition as a therapist, you have two routes.
EFT Practitioner Status

Accredited Certified EFT Practitioner Status
You also have the option of gaining both.
EFT Practitioner Certificate
To gain an EFT Practitioner certificate issued by Tania A Prince, you need to fulfill post-training requirements. After attending the training course, you need to practice and develop your skills further to reach the level of competency required to work in a professional capacity with EFT. Accreditation
An accredited status is one that shows an external body recognizes the standard and level you have achieved. All my training courses are run to the same high standards and cover the syllabus and therefore are accredited courses.
