Mindfulness Based Inner RePatterning (MBIR) is a powerful technique that can help create a sense of inner peace.

After many years of research, study and training I have been using EFT as one of tools in my business as a Physical, Emotional and Spiritual coach. I guide entrepreneurs and change makers from being overwhelmed by trying to balance their businesses and family lives, through transformation into creators of pure joy in their life. Their stress and disharmony in their bodies often result in many health issues.
