EFT Training: 20 year lower back pain gone Rani’s Story

Rani was assaulted 20 years ago (current date 2013). During this violent attack her lower back was damaged. This was so serious that she was lucky to be able to walk at all. The result of this was that she had to leave her job and was registered as disabled. during that time she had sought many solutions but nothing worked.

During an EFT Training with Tania A Prince, Rani volunteered to be the demonstration subject to show how EFT works on pain and physical problems. In this Emotional Freedom Technique demonstration Rani’s lower back pain cleared. She felt relief, because for the first time in twenty years she was free of her chronic back pain. The pain and physical movement issues related to the problem also impacted the next problems she had been experiencing, resulting in her being able to rotate her head more. It was obvious to the EFT Practitioner trainees watching the demonstration because not only did they see the change in Rani’s physical condition, they could see the change in her facial expression. The pain had been etched on her face. After the short EFT session, she looked more at peace and happy.

In this video, Rani talks briefly about her physical problem. She demonstrates how she can now touch the floor when she bends forward, something she had not been able to do since the injury.
